MTG maintains and operates our own Security Operation Center (SOC) which is staffed with fully trained and certified security analysts. Our SOC team will visually see the activity in question and act decisively. As our first line of defense, we perform a voice down announcement to speak to the subject and then dispatch the proper authorities. Our security analysts work in shifts from our Maryland headquarter to ensure complete coverage during monitoring hours. We develop protocols with our customers to define expected behavior and responses. This puts additional barriers in front of potential thieves when they are planning to commit a crime.
